satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return all used and
unused bottles of products within 30 days of the date your order is
received for a complete refund of the purchase price and taxes,
according to the following rules.
Shipping and handling are not refundable. You must return, at your own
expense, all used and unused bottles of products originally sent to you
by us, with a note requesting a refund. We must receive all items no later
than 30 days from the date your order was delivered by the carrier, as
indicated in the delivery confirmation. In the absence of tracking
information, your guarantee ends 30 days from your order date.
Guarantee is valid for one purchase of each product per household and
for products purchased directly from BIOFORM. Failure to follow these
policies may result in a partial refund or no refund.
